Our group classes are 45 minutes long . They run in either four week (Beginners), or six week, (Advanced), sessions. Our group classes are progressive and we recommend that students only join in the first or second week of the session. No partner is necessary and students are encouraged to rotate partners throughout the course of a class but it is not required.
